RETURN POLICY-
In case you do not like our product we can do Exchange or Return as per the policies point.
1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.The Handloom India will arrange a pick-up from your place.
2. Some of the product can not be exchange or returnable, eligible products will be mention on our product description.
3.In the case of that your merchandise arrives defects or damaged, you should email us (care.thehandloomindia@gmail.com ) a photo of the damaged product with the Tag in 48 hours of receiving your order.
4. Once your return has been authorized, we will be happy to process your refund or You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit.
a.In case of Refund -when the product is picked up by our courier partner. we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. .
b. Store Credit - We add amount equal to the product value to your "The Handloom India" Account. You can use this credit amount on your next purchase. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and quality checks.
EXCHANGE POLICY
In case of size problem, we can get it exchanged to a size you need.
1. We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.
2 . In case of size problem, we can always get it exchanged to a size you need.
3. For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
4. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
5. In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns Policy is applicable.
